I attended a very interesting open discussion that was held by Lovell Meizer Funerals. I was surprised at how interesting & informative it was, & how many people attended.nI was expecting it to be an uncomfortable discussion, & that maybe, I was morbid for wanting to know what happens to our loved ones, when they pass or how to put my own wishes in place. It turns out that everyone that attended, had questions & curiosity.nAfter initial introductions & some coffee and treats, we settled in to a very educational and calming discussion, on all things to do with death, there were so many questions from everyone that attended and I could see that she also alleviated many concerns & fears.nI know I learnt quite a bit but the thing that impressed me the most, was how genuine & forthcoming (even on uncomfortable subjects) that this lady was, with all of us.nOf course, I was waiting for some sort of hard sell at the end of this discussion, so I was pleasantly surprised, that there wasnu2019t one.nIt is very clear that this company is all about the individuals. The deceased and their loved ones.nI did hear mention that more of these discussions will happen, if that is the case, I would highly recommend that people attend.nThis discussion opened my eyes & understanding of a subject that can sometimes be very overwhelming.nI certainly feel a lot less anxious.

From the moment I had called Lovell Miezer for my dad even before he passed, I had a very good feeling him and I were both being taken care of in such a vulnerable time. Shi and Kristy were so lovely as the rest of the staff, I felt so comfortable and it didnu2019t feel like it was business at all. They were very professional, as kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Which in this time itu2019s exactly what you need without having to have extra worry. They went above and beyond and I couldnu2019t be more grateful. My friends and family were very very pleased with how professional they were throughout dads service. I honestly cannot thank them enough

I cannot reccomend Lovell Meizer Funerals highly enough. A few years ago Kristy attended the hospital where my mother organised her funeral. She passed 9 weeks ago and Kristy and Shai where amazing. As were the entire team. They were empathetic with my melt downs and so professional. It was a perfect, personalised service that all attendees were blown away by. Even down to her casket with galahs on it. Nothing was too hard for the girls. I cannot thank you enough. It was exactly as mum would have wanted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

They made my Grandads funeral so personalised and had so many added thoughtful touches. They really listened and paid attention. An example of this is the first funeral location was booked out but they had remembered where my nan said they got married and suggested trying to book that place as it was special to my nan and grandad. For a hard time the detail and small personalised touches really brightened everyone's day. They took care of so much of the hard stuff and walked us through a process we had no idea of and took that thought and weight off my family and nan. Really impressed.
