We chose Kristy, Shi and their team as we hoped we would receive a personalised and caring service following the passing of our loved one. They far exceeded our expectations and delivered an incredible caring, compassionate and well thought through service. We are in Queanbeyan which made no impact on the travel for them from Goulburn or the service they gave us.
