We chose Kristy, Shi and their team as we hoped we would receive a personalised and caring service following the passing of our loved one. They far exceeded our expectations and delivered an incredible caring, compassionate and well thought through service. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they came to us with thoughtful ideas and added a huge touch of human to this sad time for us. We are in Queanbeyan which made no impact on the travel for them from Goulburn or the service they gave us.
